RapidTargets is a light CRM and ordering tool that works. Throw away the call reports your sales force fills in on spreadsheets. Configure a few simple activities they can capture. While at the customer, a few clicks lets them fill in their call report and synchronise it to the server. Sales managers work off a windows desktop application that allows them to view the call reports in an outlook style format. Assign activities to KPI's to easily keep track of important activities. Allow reps to capture their own list of customers, or integrate to your accounting package to keep the reps territory up to date. You can also allow reps to browse your catalogue and place orders. To demo, after installing, give our demo user a go by entering userid='demo' and password='password'. You need to sign up at www.rapidtargets.com before installing and using RapidTargets from your iPhone.
